We heave heard it a lot - "I already have a strategy."  Unfortunately, what we have seen is that many think they have a strategy but most only have bits and pieces - and hence there is wasted time and energy.  

An outside perspective often brings new awareness.  During this audit we will review your strategy, goals, tactics and provide a summary report with suggested next steps.  

We will guide your team every step of the way, and get into the weeds with you as needed.

Step 1 is Assessment & Discovery Before we begin we will review your current "strategy," associated goals, ongoing actions, and tea.  Every company and team is in a different place.   

Step 2:  We will provide an estimate of how much time will be needed from you and your team and establish a cadence of meetings - some in person and some virtual.

On average we expect this to take 90 days.  (3 months)

We will lead you and/or your team through a strategy review, and help you refine for faster growth.  

This process assumes you have a robust growth strategy built from internal and external discovery as well as focused goals and purposeful actions.  

We recommend 2 x per year with a guide for Y1. 

We provide you the digital education & templates, and tools to build a growth strategy, and also designate one of our humans to guide you, keeping you on track and accountable.  Depending on size of the organization, a cadence of calls will be established to review progress and provide guidance on your journey to growth.
